it looks like divshare have lost all my download stats, sheesh! I've been using them to keep track of how many times each of the press play's have been downloaded... argh!

yeah chris... I am having some weird issues with d share too... their new stat system doesnt really make sense.suddenly my downloads are counted as differently. There are 2 viewed counters. if you figure it out man. let me know. I feel like I'm missing something but there is no explanation. sent an email to customer service. obviously no reply.

yeah very confusing, i did get a note from them explaining that they're separating plays online (or views)from downloads, but they dumped all the old numbers which can now only be seen in the page views column... arrgh!!

Give Soundcloud a go. The stats is the best part (you get seperate stats for downloads and plays, can see exactly who has downlowded or played and on top of all that there'ds a lovely disco community building up so you benefit from a large viral effect). The other mail benefit for me is the download speeds are up to 10x those of DivShare

The weirdest thing just happened to me. I put up a very long blogger post with 11 track links in it and lots of bla blah blah. It took me forever to write. It was there for the last few days.. and today it's just gone without a trace. Do you know if they just delete postings with "questionable content" without any sort of notice or message to the editor of the blog.
