Keeping it Real!!!!

Deep deep Sunday night funk soul coming at you from Flowers and their very rare 1976 track 'For Real' which featured on BBE's 'Soul Spectrum 2' from around 1999, it also got bootlegged on Resolution Records back in '94. The intro is deadly, with more spiraling harp action than a Vollenweider triple play, some incredible rich & smooth vocals follow with real far out keys, some spaced out guitar work and a groove that's practically pornographic (in a good way of course). U get the Sad Ghost edit of this haunting beauty....

I've had a look around and I can only find the original. Is it very different to the edit? I need this in my collection, got a few BBQs I'm playing at and with the sun shining this will go down a treat.

not a whole lot of difference, the edit extends the intro quiet a bit, which imo is what makes it really cool, plus there are a few dubbier fx in it - for the main part it's the same... remember where u heard it first ;)
