Wondering...
I do get some comments, now and then, which I really appreciate, thanks for those. But I can't help wondering who comes here and downloads stuff; where you're from, what age group, what u do for a living. I'm interested for a number of reasons - to see if u guys enjoy the stuff you're getting (not that my taste is ever going to change, I'm always going to post what grabs me), and if you're interested in what I have to say about the tracks, or is it really just the tracks you're after ? - honestly I don't mind either way. Writing about the tracks as I do, usually requires me to focus on the music in a way I don't usually, so I enjoy it and sometimes in researching an artist I find out things I don't know about them. Do you know more about the artists I mention, am I really introducing you to anything new ? Also and probably most vitally, I wonder if u do actually go buy anything as a result - be honest, it helps me in terms of sourcing more music and convincing record companies to part with goodies. Maybe u can also let me know if u have passed on my blog address to anyone else as a recommendation or anything u care to say about the graphics, music, comments etc, or maybe u just want to say hi. I know most bloggers struggle to get people to leave comments, its a case of grab the tunes and go, some people are like that in bed too - lol. I enjoy meeting people through this medium, especially those that enjoy music as much as I do... so go on - say something....

I'm 22 & from Chicago, IL. I write for a marketing firm during my days and write music criticisms at night (or during the boring parts of work).
I usually dig the stuff you post and your descriptions. To be honest, I rarely buy dance music because a) I don't have working turntables, b) I don't have the money and c) usually only mix CDs or fantastic full albums prompt me to buy.
I've passed on your URL to my friends into electronic music and linked it on my Wordpress blog (www.littlewhiteearbuds.wordpress.com, for those interested). Anyway, keep up the good work, bud!
first off, good choice swithching to zshare. its not the easiest to use, but much better that the other "wait 60 seconds" crap there was before. and yes.....that is how lazy kids are these day. i AM complaining about free music. ha! but i have got alot of great stuff from you so you deserve this info from me. i am 27, a drafter from seattle. not that much into dance music, but your stuff has that dub laid back feel that i love. the descriptions are neccesary. i usually read about half though. i want to know a brief song description, and then why you like it. i never finish reading the whole paragraph. again...lazy!! but cheers, keep it up! we all appreciate it
It's good to get comments as it lets you know if it's all worthwhile. Don't know about this zshare I can't seem to download any of the tracks.
well done on the move to z share, rapid drives me mad. i have a very similar taste in music and since moving out of london a couple of years back and not been able to go round the record shops every day, i go round the bloggs and get bits, and usual read what you have to say.
nice
Thanks for the comments and the honesty. Honestly it helps to know there are people interested in what I'm up to here. Really - thanks very much
Hey- I just stumbled onto this site, and
I am a dj in Austin, Texas. I am picking up several tunes,(I'm thinking of trying to get those zipped files) but rest assured i buy plenty of vinyl. I've been spinning for 13 years My tastes run the gamut, jazz, funk, house, hiphop, broke, tech, etc. You've got quality trax, here, my friend, good tatse. Anyway, i appreciate the time you put into this, the background tidbits about the tracks especially.
Thanks.
I love music too.
