Run Baby Run

Phantom Slasher aka Idjut Boys released their second album on the newly re-opened Noid Recordings last year after a 5 year hiatus, perhaps due in part to the ever growing popularity of disco edits, perhaps just because they're so good at it. Back in 2001, however, things were a little different, edit's were thin on the ground, even the underground. The Idjuts did a superb job with their first Slasher album, 'Puddle & Spout' contained 8 Funk & Disco originals all given their distinctive, deliriously dubbed up treatment. Here's 'Bogun's Run' from this forward thinking release. The new album is probably as good, or better, I wouldn't know since I don't have it.
