Looking Ahead

Aquarian Dream's 1976 debut album on Buddah Records contained this Jazz Funk Disco gem which was produced by the very talented Norman Conners. It's an unashamedly up beat and positive, lush dancer with Silvia Striplin & Patricia Shannon handling the vocals. A delicious pick me up that sounds like it influenced the Brand New Heavies, only it's better than that. Later they'd go on to produce the fantastic 'You're A Star' and a furthur two albums.

Danny Tenaglia did a great cover of this back in the early 90's with Carol Sylvan on lead vocals. It came out on Tribal, IIRC. Worth looking out for.
