calypso path

Continuing with the quirky stuff... Just out on Sofrito Specials is a rather lovely collection of tropical Disco which includes a Nick The Record edit called 'Disco La Calle' which is absolutely dynamite!! The A side features two edits of an Afro corker called 'African Disco Power' and included on the B side is a breezy summer steel band Disco item called 'Calypso Path' which is ace. No original artist's names are given, which isn't so cool, but incase u go looking for it the ep is called 'Tropical Discoteque' and if you like this sort of thing then go find it...

Came to tell it was an edit on Ralph McDonald but I see Kelvin won me out.

Well, will use the opportunity to ask you Chris if you knew any good online radio stations or podcasts worth hearing and that don't stray too far from the usual offerings on anoe. You've got a pretty good taste, love the dubby tunes specially.

Thanks.
