Frank Washington's 1983 Soul Disco track 'Ice' was recently re-released, it may even be an edit, I've seen it available at Juno and a number of other online stores. It's a great, very 80's sort of deal with electro keys and soulful vocals, not unlike a Barbara Mason styled item with male vocals and possibly the sort of thing Darshan Jesrani might drop in a set.This is the original.. icey!
