Mu sic

Husband and wife team, Maurice Fulton and Mutsumi Kanamori are Mu, well Mutsumi is Mu and Maurice produces, their album 'Out of Breach (Manchester's Revenge)' is one of those love 'em or hate 'em type deals; full to the brim with maddening, madder than Siouxsie on her maddest day, crazier than Nina Hagen vocals and absolutely awesome futuristic punked up Disco Rave tunes. 'Paris Hilton' was pretty huge, as it crossed over to the whole 'thinking' freaks Electro scene, with it's 'bigger balls' than Peaches attitude and ironic Kabuki shouter vocals, it's hot like. The standout track on this 2005 album is 'Extreme', the album closer; this warp factor 9 wonky Disco number with Mu's vocals further electrofried by Fulton's fx is basically Tom Tom Club from Japan, 2 years ago and it's a killer!!! It came out on the now sadly defunct Output.
