Sunday Dub

Today's track comes as part of a very nice ep called 'Scary Biscuits' on Will Saul's new experimental UK label Aus Music by Sideshow. The Flip has a top dollar John Tajeda mix of the main track which is getting props from some big names, but tucked on the end of side one is a jazz dubstep-ish, free-form, improved and very live sounding item called 'You've Changed Dub', apparently inspired by Keith Jarret. It's electronica meets dub perfection. Sideshow is better known as Fink who's work has been available on Simple and most notably Ninja Tune, but this sounds all together different from his usual work. Sideshow is essentially his dancier project, but it is no less pioneering, organic and inspiring. The label looks to be doing some very exciting stuff and deserves some attention so check out the releases at www.ausmusic.co.uk, not too much info there yet but keep your eyes peeled and in the meantime check this out and go buy the EP.
