Moyege Dub

If u come here regularly you would already know I'm a fan of Tony Allen, but I hadn't heard this tune until someone recently recommended I get my hands on it. As a fan of Afro & Disco, nothing quiet comes close to an Afro Disco tune and while I've been doing a fair amount of research and beat hunting in that area lately, i just plain didn't think to look for the newer stuff. Honest Jon's put out this very lovely bit of Moritz Von Oswald mastered & mixed, Mark Ernestus remixed, Tony Allen magic or more precisely 'Moyege'. As a dub, it's kind of understated and focus' on the rhythm & bass which is all groove.
