over & over &
Sylvester's 'Over & Over' is an all out classic, but Melbourne dj & collector Andras Fox felt the chorus was just too 'stringy' for his liking, so he re-jigged it. The result is great, I been playing it all week. The best reason to do an edit is for a dj to re-cut a track to play out, to make their sets more personal, to say 'this is the way i like it, hope you like it too' and maybe even 'I see you dancing...'. Fox has done just that and come up with an edit that has a touch of the Moodyman about it, bumping this already very funky item up even further for dancers. There's added bottom end too... Loveleeeeee!! More please!

well ive just put up a new tracks by him, this very week... ill have to ask him about the vampire weekend edit.. in the meantime check out '3 girls' - he's from Melbourne and Im hoping we get more goodies from him..
